Story of Montana
So you wanna know about the Montana experience, well here it goes. So basically I moved up here in a spur of the moment type thing. The job wasn't the hottest thing in the world I mean come on I was working for a heating and air company and wasn't too sure what to do with myself standing at a Costco for over 8 hours a day. So what did I do you ask, well I moved to West Yellowstone searching for a different thing to do all summer just to check it out. So here is goes, first of all I have had one of those experiences that I can't even explain to people I love it here but at the same time it is horrible. Here are the facts I work a lot basically and when I don't work I have Danny calling me to help him move houses which by the way is super awesome no matter how you look at it. Second of all I have two of the most random jobs in the entire world, not even kidding. The first one is going to be the front desk. Let's be honest I never could have seen myself sitting in a chair working a front desk I felt like it was all fun and games and mostly a boring day of doing nothing before I got here, but I was wrong. Basically the mornings at the desk rock my socks off' I have minimal stuff to do while also I have time to do things that I want such as read and (possibly depending on the property I am at) hang out on the computer. Also there is the deal with my bosses first of all, everyone of you is so awesome you don't have to worry about reading the rest of this because you will never hear bad things about you coming out of my mouth. And then there is my front desk managers, Tine followed close behind by Lynne. Now I am going to tell you about these two wonderful women. Let's start off with Tina, probably one of the most kind hearted people I have ever met, this woman is amazing and basically has an answer for everything. If I had time to tell you the stories about the things she went through over her years of hotel experience I would be going on for days so I don't think I will get into that. But besides that there is nothing I can say or tell you people about how awesome this woman is you are just going to have to experience her for yourself it might be out of control for you. Then there is Lynne, the Expedia assassin also the "front desk keeper" she tends to keep myself and other front desk employees in check. She is awesome and I love the fact that no matter what we know, she will be ok with these crazy Expedia customers as long as we know that we have, Lynne will be around to coral these crazies and keep us in check. But enough about my hotel rant now it is time to move on to the Bear Country AKA "The Bakery." So I understand that most of you readers will be trying to figure out why a person such as myself Chase would or would ever think about working at a bakery it is a little out of my element. I know it seems very crazy to lots but it might be the best job that I have ventured for yet. First of all I get to hangout with Danny and Jaime everyday which is super awesome. This is followed by a close line of other people which include the names of Erika, Char, Laurie, and Lenette it couldn't be better and I couldn't have better people to work with, an awesome experience, so this is my story to life for this blog and I don't know how to elaborate on this blog anymore then I have already have so if you people need to know anything else about this trip that I have taken let me know I will update you witin the next month as to how this goes.....
